We use a fully insured delivery service, with full order tracking. If there are any problems with delivery you can Contact Us.
All Trade-iPRO orders are sent out weekly, with dispatch commencing each Monday. Delivery timeframe is calculated from the time of your order confirmation, provided that the purchase is made successfully and you receive your confirmation email.
Return Process:
If an order arrives incorrectly, please arrange a courier collection at your own cost, and this can be reimbursed (please read below). Please note, iPRO Sport Sponsorship Ltd are not liable for any lost shipments sent through third party couriers; and we recommend that all returns sent via arranged couriers are properly insured for loss and damage. We would advise choosing a signed for or recorded delivery and please obtain a postage receipt.
We will cover the return postage or cover incurred return postage costs on items (up to our standard return collection charge of £5.95) if:
– you received an incorrect item
– you received a defective item
– you received an item that does not match its description
Return Conditions:
All returns of incorrect, undamaged Goods, must be in the exact condition in which you received it; undamaged, in original unopened packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

Please include your shopipro.co.uk Order Number, Order Name, Delivery Address, and the reason for the return with the order. Failure to include this information with the returned order will delay processing any applicable refunds.
